Short title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Unions and Employers' Organisations (Registration, Recognition and Status) Act (Commencement) Order.
Commencement of Chapter 304.
2. In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 46 of the Trade Unions and Employers' Organisations (Registration, Recognition and Status) Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, VALDEMAR CASTILLO, Minister responsible for Labour, do hereby appoint the 31st day of December, 2000, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
MADE this 27th day of December, 2000.
