Short title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Protection Against Sexual Harassment (Commencement) Act Order.
Commencement of Chapter 107.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 25 of the Protection Against Sexual Harassment Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, PHILIP S. W. GOLDSON, Minister of Human Resources, do hereby appoint the 1st day of October, 1996, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
MADE this 19th day of September, 1996.
