One of three MDT Secretaries, Mrs. Mendoza provides secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Specialists at the ILO-SRO all with unique portfilios. Mrs. Mendoza's schedule spans from the administrative responsibility of organizing workshops and seminars to the day-to-day secretarial support of these Specialists to promote the work of the ILO throughout the Caribbean.

In the absence of their respective Secretaries, she also works temporarily with the Director and Deputy Director of the ILO-SRO

Mrs Mendoza joined the ILO Caribbean Office in October, 1980.
