As Information Services Assistant, Ms Joseph is responsible for the maintenance of the Office's computer network which includes design, implementation and monitoring of databases for various Office operations and in-house training in the use of computer technology.

She is also responsible for the design, management and update of the Office's Website and Intranet, as well as projects websites and network needs and support.   Ms. Joseph also lends her creative skills in the design, layout and production of documents and reports and other desktop publishing related materials prepared by the ILO Subregional Office for the Caribbean Region.
