Mrs. Jones-Morales brings a wealth of experience from both public and private sectors, which she will draw upon in the position of Senior Programme and Administrative Support Officer. Major functions in her role of heading the Financial Unit include finance and accounting, personnel management and administration.

Mrs. Jones-Morales joined the staff of the ILO Caribbean Office in December 1999.
