As a Secretary to the MDT, Ms. Hinkson provides secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Specialists at the ILO-SRO. This support includes the organization of workshops, seminars and other similar meetings throughout the Region, as well as working within the routines of the Senior Specialists in advancing the work of the ILO in the Caribbean.

Ms. Hinkson has been Assistant Staff Union Representative for the past four years.

Ms. Hinkson joined the ILO Caribbean Office in March 1979.
